When will I receive my check-in instructions?

We send full check-in details via email or WhatsApp. On the day of your booking, Three hours before your check-in time. You’ll receive the property address, access codes, Wi-Fi login, parking information, and Bin or hot-tub instruction details.

Yes, a £200 refundable deposit is taken before check-in.

  • Returned within 7 days of departure

  • No deductions unless damage, missing items, or excess cleaning is required

  • We provide a full inventory and transparency throughout the process

Yes, we can certainly arrange accommodation for multiple team members. We’re able to house teams together in the same property, depending on availability, and we can also arrange multiple apartments if required.

Yes, pets are welcome at our property. Please note that an additional charge applies per pet, per night.

We welcome them! Early check-ins with additional charges, late check-outs with additional charges, extra equipment, or shift-based sleeping needs—just let us know in advance. While not everything is guaranteed, we’ll always try to help. We also keep notes on preferences for returning business clients.

Yes, long-term stays are our speciality. We welcome guests needing accommodation for:

  • Long-term contracts

  • Corporate relocation

  • Healthcare assignments

  • Family transitions

Absolutely. If your plans change, let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to extend your current stay—or offer a suitable alternative if your property is already booked. We’re flexible and understand the nature of project work.

  • Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival

  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable

Our flexible check-in system is designed for busy professionals:

  • Check-in from 3 PM | Check-out by 10 AM

  • Self check-in is available at all properties

  • Meet-and-greet can be arranged if preferred

 

Once your booking and deposit are confirmed, we’ll send a secure agreement that needs to be sign. After you complete it and upload ID, we’ll email you detailed access instructions. Need an earlier check-in or late check-out? Just ask—we’re happy to accommodate where possible.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, etc.). Our booking process is simple:

  • Click “Book Now” on your chosen property

  • Enter your guest details and preferred dates

  • Pay via our secure payment portal

  • Receive a confirmation email

  • Complete our online check-in form, upload your ID, and review our terms

  • A £250 refundable security deposit is required before arrival.
